Prong three — benefit of waiving the requirements
Here you argue it would be impractical or contrary to the national interest to require a labor certification. Common grounds include self-employment, the urgency of the work, and the difficulty of articulating the role in a standard labor certification.

They describe an important field rather than an important endeavor, and they substitute credentials for impact. A petition that establishes the field matters but never shows what this particular person accomplished within it will struggle at prong two regardless of how strong prong one looks.
